Nestlé ThickenUp Clear (125g)
Thick & Easy is an instant thickener composed of modified corn starch and maltose-dextrin. It can be added directly to hot or cold liquids or can be used as a suspension to soften solid foods.
One box can thicken up to 80 liters of liquid at IDDSI level 2, 55 liters at level 3 and 40 liters at level 4.

Instructions for use:
To thicken a liquid, sprinkle the necessary amount of Thick & EasyTM and mix with a fork or whisk until completely dissolved. If you add Thick & EasyTM to food or liquids, let rest for 1 minute to achieve the desired consistency. To thicken preparations with a puree consistency, add the necessary amount of Thick & EasyTM directly to achieve the desired texture.
Dosage table for 100 ml (1 level scoop = 1.4 g)
