- Rice tomato : potatoes, rice flour (22%), tomatoes (14%), pea proteins, sunflower oil (contains milk), pepper, onion, milk proteins, fibres (inulin), sugar, garlic, natural colourings (beetroot, pepper, carrot), acidity regulator (E330), vitamins and minerals.
Usage
- Pour 70 g of powder into a bowl.
- Add 250 ml of water previously brought to the boil.
- Mix, preferably using an electric mixer, until a smooth and homogeneous consistency is obtained.
- Adapt the texture according to IDDSI recommendations and medical assessment.
Storage
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- After opening, consume within 4 weeks.
- If the preparation is made in advance, cover well, store in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
- Discard any portion already heated and not consumed.
