Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the 0.6 L and 1 L collector?

The difference lies only in storage capacity. The 0.6 L model is suitable for occasional users or very restricted spaces, while the 1 L offers slightly longer autonomy before replacement.

How do I finally close the Minicompact needle collector?

Once the collector is three-quarters full, use the final closure system integrated into the lid. This closure is irreversible and secures the container for transport and disposal through an authorized waste management facility.

Where should a used needle collector be disposed of?

Full needle collectors must be returned to an authorized collection point: participating pharmacies, equipped recycling centres or DASRI collection organizations. Never dispose of a collector with household waste.
